Tonight's Robin Hood...



What the hell was that? You take canon from S1, S2 and S3 and throw it out of the window? I need to steal [livejournal.com profile] verdant_gt's BBC icon, cause that's how I feel. Please, BBC, don't recommission this. Let it die.

Why put Isabella there at all? For all she did she was just part of the scenery. Guy... well I can work with this. I'm sure Manda and I can pull something out of this for H&M purposes. But honestly?

I have one piece of advice for whoever the hell makes it these days. TALK TO RICHARD ARMITAGE. He's the most clued on person on set. This is the man who keeps character diaries.

I think that they needed to show that Isabella was there but come on unless that was the worst actress on the planet give her at least a couple of throw away lines. Even no father no! Her brother is about to be killed she just stands there. Her father is getting tossed out of the village, she just stands there. No emotion, nothing. *sigh*

You and I are going to create our own universe and screw BBC. :P

Just ... what a disappointment. After all these little hints Armitage kept giving in interviews about his own personal awesome Guy-canon, they give us this? I don't even know where to start.

Still, at least they're not actually brothers, as the randomly misleading press releases would have us believe. Unless, uh, there's some further magical revelation next week. I wouldn't put it past them.

For a preme baby, Archer was HUGE.

Also, dun hate me for this, but I kinda found young guy super whiney. >.>

Also, Robin was a little jerk lol I wonder if David is going to have this canon or not XD

And what a way for the mom to die. lol

But they did pick good actors to represent each character, I have to give BBC that.

Okay okay, the best line of this episode was at the end when Gisborne was all 'look I really have no desire to see you again' *NEEDLE IN NECK* It made me lol.

I haven't enjoyed this series much. I wonder if they've written this episode to bring in Archer as Robin replacement, if they ever get it recommissioned.

I agree with you that they should just end it and not make a forth series.
