Obtained: Tamas Ring
Apr. 11th, 2006 12:36 pmYes, I picked up my Tamas Ring last night. Why Tamas? I'm a mage - my main is (and always will be) red mage, my next two jobs to 75 will be whm and blm. Nuff said.
The cut scenes took a loooooong time (not helped by just missing the manaclipper to Purgonoro Isle), but tied up all the loose ends. The final CS, in Blueblade Fell, harked back to classic CS of FF of yore - a beautiful song, spine tingling CS, and a massive sense of completion. Ehran, Hayly and I simply turned and walked back to the Safehold without saying a word. Nothing more needed to be said.
Our set for ToAU appears to be complete: Myself, Hayly, Ehran, Sarise, Aldric, Cytherea. The crew I trust. Why not do it first with the linkshell? This is my one indulgence. I give a lot to Konoha, and am happy to (and will help anyone out on missions), but this is the only thing I want for me. To do the missions for the expansion with my closest, oldest, dearest friends in FFXI. Don't get me wrong, I have a lot of dear friends in FFXI, but the six of us work together on a freakish close level when it comes to missions.
