Its alive!
Dec. 31st, 2005 12:08 amWell sort of. Sorry for lack of updates, but mainly I have been busy with Christmas, and also I keep forgetting to take pictures...
RL and Christmas always takes up a fair bit of time, but managed to get some gaming in. My drk is now 29, and is a lot of fun. Though you will always hear me bemoaning my accuracy - generally when I have whiffed three times in a row. Still hopefully now levelling it with Aldric on bard, so should improve.
Pat and I had our wedding rehearsal - do you know how difficult it is to walk in a straight line? Lag doesn't help either...
Been spending time with Dark Prophecy, joining in what I can. We did the 18 man ENM in Boneyard Gully, with the Corse NM. After a large amount of time climbing the mountain to get the ENM item, we ran into Xolotl on the way, so had to kill him... Which we did, but some of the charming that he did was hilarious - two of our blm stood back just out of charmed range, and ended up getting beaten up by several charmed members...
Anyway, the ENM proved easy - our strategy was, as someone put it, to Leeroy the corse, trying to kill him before he summoned too many adds. Which we did fairly well with a few deaths. Good thing about ENM - no xp lost! And the drops...
Grats to Enkidu on the Blau Dolch. I also did a Bomb Queen run last night which was fun, with several people getting their Bomb Queen rings, and also a set of avengers dropping. Other than that, not much more to report!
