The life of a blm

Its hard atm. With everyone wanting TP burn parties, lfp is a nightmare as blm now, especially with the advent of ToAU. I crept my way in a godawful party yesterday, eventually hitting 53. Still, following an idea, I am going to spend some time soloing. Blm soloing? Well, there is a way. Bst and smn pets. You can find EM and T easily, and they actually have less hp than their rl EM equivalent. Example? EM goblin's leech in Gustav Tunnel (you know where you xp about level 57ish?). Freeze basically one shots them - if you fail to one shot, stun, sleep, Tier I or II to finish. 20 seconds later, the bst summons another one. It's risky, and you are dead if the bst sees you, but it has to be better than sitting on your backside doing nothing. I will let you know how I get on.

Got my 3 merits in my xp party on Monday, so my enfeebling magic was raised another 2 points. Only 30k more xp to go to cap it - hey it will be useful on blm when soloing!! We have a date set for Kirin (6th August) so my aim is to cap enfeebling, then get as many points into Wind Magic Accuracy as I can - +12 to wind accuracy will help land gravity on Kirin that bit easier (and maybe, just maybe, silence him).

Fishing hit 47 yesterday, after stalling at 46 for a while. I have discovered that in order to maximise my convert ratio I need to buy a whole load of gear. That's fine, I have no problems with that. So I am fishing my socks off atm. Nafei still buys my shall shells, so I may as well still fish them up while capping on them. I am then going to go bluetails for a couple of levels, then marlins. I may turn some in, but I am tempted just to bazaar in Selbina (going with the theory that noone can resist - oh just one more....). Cone Calamary I can turn into ink (and HQ at the same time - that alchemy will come in useful). See how much money I can make doing that... I am still 15k GP short for my waders (I am fed up of crayfish as fish of the day), but they will come.
